Join Train
TRAIN was formed by those who needed to know answers
and results for gnawing questions, but found no existing consortium
or association that filled this specialized need. Many TRAIN members
belong to existing societies or associations that use TRAIN as a
logical extension of their interests.
Perhaps our greatest service is somewhat intangible.
This is the ability to provide a voice for our total industry, to
keep members informed of laws, regulations, and actions that, taken
singly, would have a negative effect on us all. The support for
TRAIN precludes this fear of a lack of a voice in the industry.
Our committees have drawn up rules and regulations
that form the basis for standards for our entire industry. These
committees have compiled and reprinted manuals and guides for distribution
to our membership. Lastly, the interaction between TRAIN members
— by meetings, publications, telephone and letters —
provides a bond that strengthens all for the good of the Industry.
